DIRECTIONS FOR SET UP:

In a 5 gallon mixing container add:

1.) 2.5 gallons of water for a 5:1 mix

2.) add alcohol if desired

The Wilch Machine holds 6.5 gal (freeze 30 min)

The Carpigiani Machine holds 3.25 gal (freeze 1 hr)

The Faby Machine holds 3 gal per side (freeze 1hr)

The Bunn Machine holds 3 gal per side (freeze 1hr)

The Taylor Machine holds 4.5 gal (freeze 10 min)
