    WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A RENTAL FROM FROZEN DRINK MADNESS?

        *CARTS ARE NOT PROVIDED TO CUSTOMERS WHO PICK UP MACHINES IN TEXAS AND FLORIDA. 

        *CARTS ARE PROVIDED WITH DELIVERY OF A SINGLE HEAD MACHINE ONLY) 


        We Include: 

        * Instructions on machine operation and mix preparation

        * A 5 gallon mixing jug

        * Carts When Applicable

        * 25 foot extension cord (as needed)


        BE SURE TO CHECK WITH YOUR INDIVIDUAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR DETAILS ON RENTAL PACKAGES. 


        PLEASE BE SURE THE MACHINES REMAIN UPRIGHT DURING TRANSPORT!


        ALL YOU NEED TO PROVIDE IS WATER, POWER, A STURDY TABLE (IF PICKING UP MACHINE in TX or FL), and ALCOHOL 

    DO I NEED ICE FOR THE MACHINE?

        The simple answer is no, the machine freezes the product when mixed with water.

    WHAT KIND OF TABLE DO I NEED FOR THE MACHINE?

        Enough to support the machine which roughly weighs 200 pounds.

    HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE THE MACHINE?

        The sooner the better... Holidays, High Season and Special Events all determine availability.

    WHEN DO I PICK UP / RETURN THE MACHINE?

        Weekend rental pick ups and returns are from Friday to Monday between the hours of 9am-5pm. If you have special circumstances please do not hesitate to ask, we will work with you. 


        PLEASE BE SURE THE MACHINE REMAINS UPRIGHT DURING TRANSPORT!

    DO I CLEAN THE MACHINE BEFORE RETURNING IT?

        It is not necessary to clean your machine if it is delivered, however if you choose the pick up/return method you may want to clean prior to transporting the machine to keep your vehicle clean. Drain the product back into the mixing jug provided and run WARM WATER through the machine repeat until rinsed.

    HOW MANY BOTTLES OF MIX WILL I NEED FOR MY PARTY?

        Depends on the number of guests.

        * One bottle equals 54 twelve ounce servings 

        * Two bottles equals 108 twelve ounce servings

        * Three bottles equals 162 twelve ounce serving and so forth

    DO YOU SUPPLY ALCOHOL AND HOW MUCH DO I NEED FOR EACH MIX?

        No, we don't sell or supply alcohol. For drink mix ratios click here to view each.

    CAN WE USE OUR OWN MIX WHEN RENTING YOUR MACHINE?

        No. We require that you use our mix in our machines. Our mix is specially formulated for our frozen drink machines. Other mixes can cause damage to the machines.

    HOW LONG DOES THE MIX TAKE TO FREEZE?

        Depends on several factors: 

        * Type of machine - Range from 30min-2hours

        * Alcohol or None - With Alcohol the mix freezes slightly slower.

        * Inside or Outside - The warmer it is the longer it takes.

    MY POWER HAS GONE OUT AND CONTINUES TO WHILE THE MACHINE IS PLUGGED IN....WHY?

        For our machines you will need a dedicated 20amp 120V circuit, basically this is your typical outlet. Nothing else should be plugged into the that area.


        * GFI plugs may cause power shortage and the machine may need to be moved.

    CAN I USE AN EXTENSION CORD?

        No. We will provide you with the proper extension cord when it is needed.

    WE ARE HAVING A SPECIAL EVENT THAT REQUIRES A GENERATOR, IS THAT OK?

        Yes, but it has to be commercial grade and approved by Frozen Drink Madness. Please call for specifications.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF THE MACHINE DOES NOT FREEZE?

        This happens very infrequently if ever, but in the event it does click here to view our online guide or please call ANY TIME as a representative will help troubleshoot.

    CAN I GET THE MANUAL FOR MY MACHINE?
