PEACH SLUSH (BELLINI) (7:1) w/out Alcohol

½ Gallon (64 oz) of Peach Mix (7:1 Ratio)

3.5 Gallons (448 oz) of Water

PEACH DAIQUIRI

Same directions above but add 1 - 1.75 liters of white rum.

PEACH BELLINI (7:1) w/Alcohol

½ Gallon (64 oz) of PEACH Mix (7:1 Ratio)

2.5 Gallons (320 oz) of Water

6 Bottles Champagne (750ml usual size) (1.2 Gal)

1 liter white Rum (.264 Gal)

.5 (½) liter peach Schnapps

Peach w/out Alcohol makes 4 Gallons (512 oz)

Peach Bellini w/Alcohol makes 4.2 Gallons (538oz)

DIRECTIONS FOR SET UP:

In a 5 gallon mixing container add:

1.) 3.5 gallons of water for 7:1 Peach mix w/out Alcohol

2.) 2.5 gallons of water for Peach Bellini w/ Alcohol

3.) 64oz of mix and Alcohol (if needed)

The Wilch Machine holds 6.5 gal (freeze 30 min)

The Carpigiani Machine holds 3.25 gal (freeze 1 hr)

The Faby Machine holds 3 gal per side (freeze 1hr)

The Bunn Machine holds 3 gal per side (freeze 1hr)

The Taylor Machine holds 4.5 gal (freeze 10 min)
